Webcam Man: Having trouble with getting the webcam man to work on your system:

Tips and FAQ

1. Make sure the *lenscap* is removed.

2. Reboot your system after you have plugged Webcam Man In. this should automatically recognise the device.

3. After the installing the latest software, it may be important for you reboot your computer.

4. Check your OS (Operating System)

Retro Mic & Diamante Mic FAQ

Tips and FAQ

1. No software is required for our Microphones. Please check your sound card settings.

2. Reboot your system after you have plugged in the audio device (Diamante Microphone or the Retro Microphone), this should automatically recognise the device and software after initial install.

3. Make sure the device is switched on using the black switches on the device itself (top).

4. Test to see if the devices have input by opening the ‘sound recorder’ under ‘accessories’ on windows. Record your voice and then play it back.

5. Check the Microphones are plugged into a main audio jack on your tower for maximum power output.

6. Check the you volume on your system. (bottom right)

Tips and FAQ

1. Lost disc : please refer to software below. please note, we do not offer software for mac. (There are ported versions for mac should you decide to search)

2. Reboot your system after you have plugged M. Launcher In, this should automatically recognise the device and software after initial install.

3. If your missile launcher was made before 2010 it will not be compatible with modern Operating Systems due to the chip inside the device
